Oxpecker Pastime!

Oxpeckers are birds found in the African savanna. They share a symbiotic association with animals such as rhinos and wild buffaloes. The oxpeckers are usually seen perched on the bodies of their hosts on which they feed on lice, ticks and insects. in this way, the oxpeckers get a free meal and the buffalo gets a free parasite extermination service .
