The prince of our jungles, the Leopard, is the worst victim of habitat fragmentation. Being the most adaptable among the big cats, it manages to eke out a living in forest fringes. But the more we encroach upon its home, the more leopard-man face-offs take place, and the harder it gets for this otherwise agile cat to walk on the conservation tightrope.
