The good news- Shell delays its oil drilling activities in the Arctic for the year. The bad news- with the Obama Government approving the bulk of Shell's drilling permits, the company is sure to resume its plans. Looking at Shell's track record of environmental mishaps and broken promises, this will be the final nail in the Arctic coffin and campaigners must fight till the end to avert this crisis.
