India's First GPS Collared Dhole

Meet Veer, India's first GPS collared Dhole (wild dog)! Veer was collared by a team of scientists from the Wildlife Institute of India, led by Pallavi Ghaskabdi, under Dr. Bilal Habib. Veer is the dominant male of a pack living in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra (Central India).

The comic appears in my column with Mid-Day today
