6 new species from the genus Dravidogecko endemic to the Western Ghats have been recently discovered by a team of herpetologists which includes R Chaitanya, Varad Giri, Deepak Veerappan, Anirudhh Datta Roy, BHCK Murthy and Praveen Karanth. Congratulations to the researchers and good luck to the geckos and their home, the Western Ghats!
